BROCCOLI

Storage

Sprinkle fresh broccoli with water and store wrapped in damp paper towel or an open container or bag.  The sooner you eat it, the better it will taste!

Preparation

Broccoli can be eaten raw or cooked.  The purple broccoli will fade when cooked, eat it raw to preserve the colour, or it will turn bright green when perfectly cooked.
