CABBAGE

Storage

Store cabbage in the fridge.  After it is cut, it should be stored in a container or bag.

Preparation

Cabbage can be eaten raw or cooked.  Purple cabbage will hold most of its colour when cooked, especially if only cooked lightly.  Remove any wilted or yellow outer leaves and trim tough stems before eating.
