Trim celery to remove leaves and bottoms of stems. Store celery in a container filled with water in the fridge.
Celery can be eaten raw or cooked. Coloured celery may fade with cooking. Celery leaves are also edible and can be added to salads, sandwiches, soups, stews & pasta sauce.
