Store kale wrapped in a damp paper towel, in a bag or container in the fridge.


Wash kale thoroughly just before eating.  Since I do not use pesticides, if you see any holes in the leaves check for cabbage worms (bright green smooth worms).  I use row covers to keep most of the moths away, but some still manage to sneak in.  Remove any woody stems before eating.
